Returns

At DHV Supplies, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

Items returned without original packaging.

Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
